Conscious Coaching 

Conscious coaching is a type of coaching that helps you make conscious the unconscious. Many of us go through life making decisions or reacting to circumstances without really knowing why. We tend to say: “It’s just my way of being” or “I have my mom’s temper”. The truth is that our behavior influences the results we achieve in life as well as our relationships with other people. 

Besides, we don’t tend to pay attention to the here and now in order to respond instead of react from our inherited and learned patterns from the past. 

Consciousness allows us to observe beyond our behavior. Underneath that behavior there is a series of triggers, beliefs and patterns. Our job is to unravel all that entanglement with attention, integration and consciousness in order to change our behavior which will also help us achieve the goals, the state or fulfilling relationships every human being desires.
